　　简介：博士，南京农业大学博导、首席教授。农业农村部畜禽（猪）资源评价利用重点实验室（南京）主任。兼国家畜禽遗传资源委员会猪专委会委员、国家生猪遗传改良计划专委会委员、国家畜牧业标委会委员、中国畜牧兽医学会理事兼养猪学分会副理事长及遗传育种学分会理事、江苏省优良品种培育工程生猪协作攻关组首席专家、江苏现代农业（生猪）产业技术体系首席专家、江苏省畜禽遗传资源委员会委员兼猪专委会主任等职。承担各类项目70余项，国家级猪新品种1个，论文170余篇、论著20余部。部省级科技进步奖10次，标准10余个，专利授权40余项。主要研究方向猪重要经济性状主效基因位点挖掘与应用；猪精细化管理。

　　Dr. Huang is a professor at the Nanjing Agricultural University. He is the director of the Key Laboratory of Livestock and Poultry (Swine) Resource Evaluation and Utilization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Nanjing). He is also a member of the National Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee and Pig Special Committee, a member of the National Pig Genetic Improvement Program Special Committee, a member of the National Animal Husbandry Standard Committee, a member of the Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medical Association and Vice Chairman of the Pig Branch and a member of the Genetic Breeding Branch, the chief expert of the collaborative research group of the Jiangsu Provincial Breeding Project of Excellent Breeds of Pigs, the chief expert of the Jiangsu Modern Agricultural (Swine) Industry Technical System, and a member of the Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee and Director of the Swine Special Committee of Jiangsu Province. He is also the chief expert of Jiangsu Modern Agricultural (Pig) Industry Technology System, and a member of Jiangsu Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources Committee and director of Pig Specialized Committee. He has undertaken more than 70 projects, 1 new national pig breed, more than 170 papers and 20 theses. He has received 10 scientific and technological progress awards at the ministerial and provincial levels, more than 10 standards, and more than 40 patents. The main research direction of pig important economic traits main effect gene locus mining and application; precision pig management.

Robert Knox

　　Rob Knox is a professor in the area of swine reproductive physiology in    the Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Illinois where he has served as a state swine veterinary extension specialist since 1999. Rob received his B.S. degree from the University of Delaware, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Animal Reproductive Physiology from the Department of Animal Science at the University of Nebraska. He has worked as a lab technician at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, as a Research Associate at the University of Missouri and Colorado State University, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agriculture at Illinois State University. Dr. Knox has won several awards for teaching and extension work. Rob has been an invited speaker at numerous international and national conferences and has authored many scientific articles, proceedings, and extension publications. He has developed education and training programs for swine industry personnel in the area of male and female swine reproductive management. Dr. Knox works with graduate and undergraduate students in the research areas of gilt management, swine AI, housing effects on reproduction, and ultrasound diagnostics for reproduction, gonadotropin control of estrus and ovulation, and fertility of frozen swine semen. He has served as Domain editor for pig reproduction for the US Pork Center of Excellence, a representative to the National Pork Board swine educators committee, a committee member for the International Boar Semen Preservation Conference, and Chair of the animal systems extension team at the University of Illinois.

Chris Rademacher

　　克里斯-雷德马赫 博士是爱荷华州立大学兽医学院兽医诊断与生产动物医学（VDPAM）系的临床教授和爱荷华州立大学猪推广兽医。 雷德马赫博士还是爱荷华州立大学爱荷华猪肉产业中心的副主任。 他于 1998 年获得明尼苏达大学理学学士学位和兽医学博士学位。毕业后，他加入了新时尚猪肉公司，担任健康服务总监，并在该职位上工作了 11 年。2009年，他加入史密斯菲尔德食品公司，担任生产改进总监。2014 年 12 月，他加入爱荷华州立大学任教。

　　Dr. Chris Rademacher is a Clinical Professor and ISU Swine Extension Veterinarian in the Veterinary Diagnostic and Production Animal Medicine (VDPAM) department at the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Rademacher is also the Associate Director of the Iowa Pork Industry Center at Iowa State University.  Dr. Rademacher received his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 1998. Following graduation, he joined New Fashion Pork as Director of Health Services and served in that capacity for 11 years.  In 2009 he joined Smithfield Food as the Director of Production Improvement. In December, 2014 he joined the faculty at Iowa State University.

Timothy Safranski

　　从1996年1月至今，萨弗兰斯基博士一直是密苏里大学一名州养猪育种专家。他指导一项关于遗传和应用繁殖管理的综合推广，教学和科研项目。他的推广项目旨在通过应用管理工具以提高繁殖效率，改善商品猪的品种和保护遗传变异。他是畜牧品种保护的董事会成员，并担任美国农业部猪种质资源利用与保护委员会主席一职。他在农场的工作，研讨会和学术会的的成绩众所周知。他的教学主要在大四年级，含毕业论文，撰写猪生产课程和在线课程。萨弗兰斯基博士做为受邀嘉宾出席过美国25个州和12个国家的会议。他给来自中国的养猪生产者讲课，并曾带领密苏里大学的学生两次来到中国学习中国农业和养猪生产。

　　Since January 1996-present, Dr. Safranski has served as the State Swine Breeding Specialist for the University of Missouri.  As such he directs an integrated Extension, teaching and research program in genetics and applied reproductive management.  His Extension program is aimed at application of management tools to enhance reproductive efficiency and to improve genetics of commercial pigs and conserve genetic variation.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the Livestock Conservancy and chairs the USDA Swine Germplasm Utilization and Preservation Committee.  He is well known for his work on farms, seminars and workshops.  His teaching is centered on a senior level, capstone, writing intensive swine production course and online swine courses.  Dr. Safranski has given invited talks or workshops in 25 U.S. states and 12 countries.  On China Dr. Safranski has spoken to producer groups as well as led students from the University of Missouri twice to study Chinese agriculture and swine production.

Eric Weaver

　　Dr. Weaver is an assistant professor at South Dakota State University. He also worked in Feed Energy as Director of Sales and Marketing from 2019-2021. He was the CEO for Prairie Pharms from 2016-2018;  Chief Scientific Officer in Proliant Health and Biologicals from 2008-2016, and Director of Technical Services in American Protein Corporation from 1998-2008. Dr. Weaver’s current research include health and nutrition management of the sow and young pig to reduce pig losses and maximize production of full-value pigs and assessment of dietary ingredients on health, nutrient utilization, and economics in swine.

Jason Yan

　　博士，养猪专家。

　　主修专业为动物流行病学和农业综合企业管理。长期研究和管理工作，涉及猪场的生产记录分析、生产条件下疾病的鉴别诊断、场内选育、繁殖管理和精准营养等多种现代养猪实用技术。近年来，主要的研究方向是实际生产条件下，防控和净化非洲猪瘟等工作。

　　Ph.D., specialist in pig production.

　　Majored in animal epidemiology and agribusiness management. Long-term research and management work involves a wide range of practical modern pig production techniques such as analysis of production records in pig farms, differential diagnosis of diseases under production conditions, on-farm selection, reproductive management and precision nutrition. In recent years, the main research focus has been on the prevention, control and purification of African swine fever under actual production conditions.
